HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?
You can book your appointment via Email, Instagram, or the booking form on the book now page. A consultation is required by phone, video call prior to booking an appointment, which is why when you book online on the website it will say ‘request to book’.
WHAT'S INVOLVED IN THE CONSULTATION?
Once you have requested to book with your preferred date and time, I will contact you to go through a consultation. This will just be for me to assess your hair type, strength, texture and length so I can best advise you on what treatment to go for, if your hair will withhold the treatments, and how long the treatments will take, and of course answer any questions you may have. We can do this over video call, text or whats app, or whatever is easiest for you.
DO YOU DO PATCH TESTS?
Yes, during your consultation I will walk you through the patch test - I usually do this on the day of the treatment and will leave some of the product behind your ear/on your wrist for 20 mins, as this is the time frame in which a reaction would occur. If you are particularly sensitive to products, or feel worried, we can do this 24/48hrs before the appointment. Please let me know when you book so we can arrange this.
